NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Craven District Council is intending to dispose of an interest in an area of land particulars of which are set out in the Schedule hereto and which consists of an open space to Sutton-in-Craven Parish Council. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed disposal should submit written representations to the Director of Services, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ no later than 2nd March 2018. A copy of a plan showing the land concerned is available for inspection at the District Council offices at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton any weekday when the offices are open during normal office hours or can be viewed on the District Council’s website www.cravendc.gov.uk.
