NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT
1990: SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL (HACKFORTH) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER NO 2018/01
The above Order was made on 24 January 2018. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath running from Brookside, Hackforth Grid Reference 424322 493208 in an easterly direction for approximately 93 metres to North Road, Hackforth Grid Reference 424414 493190 and create an alternative footpath commencing at Grid Reference 424314 493195 continuing in a generally east south-east direction for approximately 5 metres to Grid Reference 424319 493193 continuing east south-east for approximately 8 metres to Grid Reference 424326 493192 continuing east south-east for approximately 10 metres to Grid Reference 424338 493189 turning east for approximately 45.88 metres to Grid Reference 424382 493184 continuing east for approximately 26 metres to Grid Reference 424409 493187 and turning east north-east for approximately 6 metres to Grid Reference 424414 493190 as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2UU during normal office hours until 9 March 2018. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Chief Executive, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2UU not later than 9 March 2018. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Hambleton District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
