CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLIOTAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (TARIFFS) ORDER 2018 REVISION OF PAY AND DISPLAY CHARGES AND ASSOCIATED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
LITTLE GERMANY AREA, BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Orders under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions and definitions:-
i. No Waiting 8.00am-8.00pm on lengths of Vicar Lane, Currer Street, Park Gate, Field Street, Cater Street, Hick Street, Aked Street, Peckover Street, Chapel Street, Scoresby Street Upper Park Gate and Burnett Street

ii. Residents Permit Parking - Mon-Fri 8.00am-9.00am and 4.30pm-8.00pm Sat and Sun - all day on lengths of Vicar Lane, Currer Street, Park Gate, Field Street, Cater Street, Hick Street, Aked Street, Peckover Street, Chapel Street, Scoresby Street Upper Park Gate and Burnett Street

iii. Business Permit Parking - Mon-Sat 8.00am-8.00pm Sunday 11.00am-5.00pm on lengths of Vicar Lane, Currer Street, Park Gate, Field Street, Cater Street, Hick Street, Aked Street, Peckover Street, Chapel Street, Scoresby Street Upper Park Gate and Burnett Street

iv. Pay and Display Parking - Mon-Sat - 4 hours maximum stay on lengths of Vicar Lane, Currer Street, Park Gate, Field Street, Cater Street, Hick Street, Aked Street, Peckover Street, Chapel Street, Scoresby Street Upper Park Gate and Burnett Street Charge Tariff Code 6 will apply to these parking places

v. Loading Only - Mon-Sat 8.00am-8.00pm Sunday 11.00am-5.00pm 1 hour no return within 1 hour on lengths of Church Bank and Chapel Street

vi. Disabled Persons Parking Places on Field Street, Chapel Street and Upper Park Gate

vii. Limited Waiting Mon - Sat 8.00am-8.00pm Sunday 11.00am-5.00pm 10 minutes no return within 1 hour on lengths of Currer Street and Peckover Street

viii. Residents Permit Parking Mon-Fri 8.00am-9.00am and 4.30pm-5.00pm on lengths of East Parade, Peckover Street and Green Street

ix. Business Permit parking Mon-Fri 8.00am-5.00pm on lengths of East Parade, Peckover Street and Green Street

x. Pay and Display Parking on lengths of East Parade, Green Street and Peckover Street Mon-Fri - 4 hours maximum stay. Charge tariff Code 7 will apply to these parking places.

xi. Define all of the tariffs for the on-street parking places as follows:-

xii. Define all of the charges for permits, vouchers, dispensations and waivers for use within all the traffic regulation orders made by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

xiii. Revocation of Permit Parking on 2 lengths of Well Street

A copy of the draft Orders together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY. If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by e-mail to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday 2nd March 2018 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/CEB/74090 for waiting restrictions and CORP/PCD/CEB/74101 for tariffs.
