CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL VICTORIA PARK, SHIPLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 789) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable gas works to be executed on or near Victoria Park, Shipley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Victoria Park from its junction with Bingley Road to a point outside No. 7 Victoria Park.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Victoria Park (unaffected section), Fern Hill Road, Grosvenor Road, A650 and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 09:30 hours on 17th February 2018 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on 23rd March 2018 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
