Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence The Original Bowling Company Limited has given to Borough of Poole an application for variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Hollywood Bowl, Tower Park, Yarrow Road, Poole, BH12 4NY. A brief description of the proposed variation is: to vary the hours for sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 0900 hours until 0000 (midnight). To vary the opening hours on Monday to Sunday from 0900 hours until 0030 (the following morning). To amended condition under Annex 2 point 1 which currently reads as follows: From 2100 hours Friday and Saturday evenings (and Sundays which fall prior to a Bank Holiday) a minimum of 2 SIA door supervisors will be employed in the premises until the close of business. At other times, the DPS shall risk assess individual events and ensure sufficient door supervisors are on duty at the premises which deemed appropriate. And replace it with the following: The DPS and/or the Premises Licence Holder shall risk assess the use of door supervisors at the premises. A copy of the risk assessment will be kept on the premises and made available for inspection by the police and/or licensing authority on request. The Licensing Register of Borough of Poole is kept at Unit 1, New fields Business Park, 2 Stinsford Road, Poole, BH17 ONF and where applicable at www.poole.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Borough of Poole to be received at their above address by no later than 7 March 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make afalse statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
