LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF NEW PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE APPLICATION NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mr Stelios Stylianou has applied to the London Borough of Enfield for a new premises licence, licansable activities as follows: For a retrospective licence to make the front door double sided as per councils request to eliminate noise at: Neraida, 236 Green Lanes, London N13 5UD.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing stating the grounds of making said representation to: Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XH, or by email to licensing@enfield.gov.uk WITHIN TWENTY EIGHT DAYS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION DATE. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.enfield.gov.uk/services/business-andlicensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@enfield.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
