PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -Section 14
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC TINTAGEL ROAD ORPINGTON
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Tintagel Road Orpington will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Monday 12th February 2018. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Gillmans Road. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Gillmans Road Ramsden Road
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 12th February 2018 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.

6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.

7. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC HOMESTEAD ROAD CHELSFIELD NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for a temporary crane to be set up on the highway whilst a delivery takes place to a new development THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Homestead Road Chelsfield will be closed to through traffic for up to two non-consecutive days on Friday 23rd February 2018 and Friday 2nd March 2018 between the hours of 08.00-16.00. The point of the closure will be close to the property of 21 Homestead Road Chelsfield, approximately 280m from the junction with Worlds End Lane.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Worlds End Lane Oxenden Wood Road
2. THE Order will come into effect on Friday 23rd February 2018 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

5. PEDESTRIAN access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take up to two non-consecutive days from Friday 23rd February 2018 between the hours of 08.00-16.00 to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

Heathfield Lane Chislehurst will be closed to through traffic for up to one day on Monday 12th February 2018 between the hours of 09.30-14.30. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Ashfield Lane and Loop Road.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Ashfield Lane Loop Road
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 12th February 2018 with no specified finish date.
