Ian Sanders give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Sanders Fish and Chips, 126/128 Agar Rd, Pool, Redruth TR15 3NE.
The application is to: Sell alcohol on premises between hours of 11:00 and 21:00 hrs Monday to Sunday.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Council Offices, Dolcoath Ave, Camborne, TR14 8SX, or email to licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 21/02/18.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively please telephone 0300 1234 212.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
