Application has been made on the 29th January, 2018 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) the supply of alcohol (on and off sales) and the provision of regulated entertainment Sunday to Thursday 09.00 until 23.00 hours, Friday and Saturday 09.00 until 00.00 hours. On Bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve until 00.00 hours. 2) The premises to be open to the public Sunday to Thursday 09.00 until 23.30 hours, Friday and Saturday from 09.00 until 00.30 hours. On Bank holiday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve until 00.30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of this application shown (ie by the 26th of February 2018). It is an offence to knowlingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
