Notice is hereby given that on 7 February 2018 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by (first) Edgar Lavarello, Pricewaterhouse Coopers Limited, 327 Main Street, Gibraltar and (second) Adrian Charles Hyde, CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA in their capacity as the Joint Bankruptcy Trustees of Gregory Hugh Colin King (hereinafter referred to as "Mr King"), as appointed pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar dated 31 July 2017 pronounced under Section 331 of the Insolvency Act 2011 (Gibraltar) (“Petitioners”) seeking inter alia an Order that Rectory Finance Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC349972, and having its registered office at Oakfield House, 378 Brandon Street, Motherwell, South Lanarkshire, ML1 1XA be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland in terms of section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 7 February 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton, Sheriff Court House, Civil Dept, Birnie House, Caird Park, Hamilton, ML3 0AL within 21 days after intimation, advertisement or service, of which Notice is hereby given: Michael McGrath, Solicitor, Dentons UKMEA LLP, 1 George Square, Glasgow G2 1AL, Agent for Petitioners.
