Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act: 1.Name of applicant: Northallerton Bid Company Limited. 2.Postal address of premises: Town Square area outside Town Hall, 3.Proposed licensable activites: live/recorded music and/or dance performance. 4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 23rd February 2018. 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
