TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire and the Humber) (No. 03) Order 2018" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of highway at Tannett Green comprising grassed area and open space which links Springwood Gardens to Martlett Drive at Parkside, Bradford in the City of Bradford to enable development as permitted by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, reference 14/05362/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE47AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/2974) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at West Bowling Post Office, 94-96 Gaythorne Road, Bradford BD5 8AY

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 26 January 2018 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
