(REAR WYKES CLOSE, SEDGEFIELD) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2018
The Council on 19/01/17 made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, to close to all pedestrian traffic a 23m length of footpath to the rear of 15-17 Wykes Close, Sedgefield to enable new dwelling construction works to be undertaken. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under the Order is 6 months and is required from29/01/18 and for the duration of the works, anticipated to be 20 weeks. However, on rare occasions, alternative dates for closures may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Alternative route: There is no alternative route available.
