Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Richmondshire District Council in accordance with the above act: Name of applicant: Best Friend Ltd, postal address of premises: The Fleece Hotel, 5 Victoria Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4DW. 1. Proposed licensable activites: sale by retail of alcohol, provision of late night refreshements, live music & recorded music. 2. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond. 3. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by no later than 16th February 2018. 4. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
