Project: The Electric Palace, Harwich. Conservation and repairs of historic ceiling including to permit ceiling access, internal repairs and refurbishment including new seating. Timetable: Tender Period: March 2018 Construction Period: April 2018 - Dec 2018 Anticipated construction value: £250,000 Interested contractors must submit evidence of the following • Experience in building conservation repair work • Necessary skills base to provide high quality workmanship, • Resources available to undertake & manage the works within the specified timescale • Be reasonably close geographically to be able to carefully monitor the works. • Previous experience of working as a team and successfully delivering similar grant-aided projects • Membership of CITB • Expressions of interest to be sent to: Nicholas Jacob Architects LLP, The Christies, 5 Wherry Quay, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 1AS.
