Mutiny in the Park Limited hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Oktoberfest Southend, Priory Park, Victoria Avenue, Southend, SS2 6ND. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: Sale of Alcohol 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs Performance of Live Music 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs Playing of Recorded Music 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs Performance of Dance 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs Late Night Refreshment 23:00hrs - 23:30hrs Hours open to the public 12:00hrs - 23:30hrs Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 08 March 2018. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 12), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
