Notice of application for a premises licence Notice is given that I Kanapathipillai Sreeskmar have applied to Thurrock Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Elliotts Supermarket Convenience Store 165 St Chads Road Tilbury Essex RM18 8NL. The application is to allow off sales of alcohol daily from 0600 to 2300. Any "Other person or Responsible Authority" may make representations in writing no later than 12 March 2018 to The Licensing Department, Thurrock Council, New Road Grays RM17 6SL.www.thurrock.gov.uk The application record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
