Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act, 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Rita Florence Clayton deceased late of Biffens Care Home, 18 Thorpedene Gardens, Shoeburyness SS3 9JB who died on 7th October 2017 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Executors before the 15th April 2018 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have notice.
