Notice of Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence We SGN Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Monmouthshire County Council on the 22nd January 2018 for the Grant of a Variation to a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Budgens, Old Racecourse Garage, St Lawrence Road, Chepstow, Gwent, NP16 6BE from which the following licensable activities are proposed. To update the store plan to reflect the current store layout. 2. Details of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at Licensing Section Monmouthshire County Council, Abergavenny Community Education Centre, Old Hereford Road, Abergavenny, NP7 6EL. Or on line at www.monmoutjshire.gov.uk 3. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 20/02/2018. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of up to Level 5 on the Standard Scale 22/01/2018.
