BACK BURY RD TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (BACK BURY ROAD SOUTH) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (N0.23) ORDER 2018
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 26 February 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Back Bury Road South, from Doris Ave to the rear of no.31 Doris Ave. The order is necessary due to structural works which will last for approximately 6 months and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
