ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - HANGLETON WAY, HOVE
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
(a) Introduce temporary of No Waiting restriction during the prescribed times of Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 16:00hrs in Hangleton Way from it's junction of Hardwick Road for approx. 50meters westwards
2.The Order is necessary to allow Construction works to take place
3. Pedestrian and vehicular access will not be affected.
4.This Order comes into force on 26th February for
eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
