ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION REVOCATION ORDER 2018 -KENSINGTON STREET, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the
8 February 2018 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-
(a) WHEREAS Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") in the exercise of its powers under section 14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as
amended) and all other enabling powers made the Brighton & Hove
(Kensington Street) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2017 ("the previous order") on 1st May 2017.
(b) The previous order was required in order to regulate traffic during the New Housing Construction Scheme and was due to come into force on 1st May 2017.
(c) AND WHEREAS the New Housing Construction Scheme has not started the Council now intends to make this Revocation Order which revokes
the previous order and has no other effect.
2. This Order comes into force on 8 February 2018.
