Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION - Proposed Development at land at the former Royal Mail Sorting Office and adjacent Station Car Park, Valley Road, Bradford. We give notice that Mary Street Estate Limited is applying to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for planning permission for the “Demolition of existing building and redevelopment of site to provide Class D2 (Assembly and Leisure) and Class A3 (Restaurants and Cafes) floorspace with associated car parking, pedestrian routes and landscaping”. Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Planning Department, 3rd Floor, Jacob’s Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW within 21 days of the date of this notice.
