NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OFA PREMISES UCENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Acorn 20, 20 Richmond Road, Kingston Upon Thames KT2 5EB.The variation proposed is as follows: Application is made to: amend the Licensing plan in accordance with drawing number 7647-05 dated 6.12.16 which accompanies this application, a consequential amendment to condition 26; amend the opening hours of the premises to OftOO for the provision of non-licensable activities e.g. sale of tea, coffee, breakfast; amend condition 12 in the embedded restrictions to remove the old opening hours for Christmas Day,Good Friday etc... albeit retaining the hours for New Year's Eve; remove conditions 13,15,23,27,28,29,30,31 and 32 and replace with a condition that on Fridays and Saturdays a minimum of 4 door supervisors are to be on duty from 21:00 hours until close when the premises are to open for Licensable activities beyond midnight At all other times, the need for door supervisors will by way of a documented risk assessment (can be in electronic format) carried out by the Premises Licence Holder or DPS and cognisance will be taken of any Police advice.
