THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF HIGH STREET, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of High Street, Rickmansworth from its junction with Northway north westwards to its junction with Station Road ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 200 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Church Street, A404 Riverside Drive, Wensum Wayand High Street. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 February2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, KINGSWOOD AREA, WATFORD) (20 MPH ZONE)
ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a20mph zone in the Kingswood Area of Watford, as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected from 2February 2018, during normal office hours, at the offices of Parking Shop, Watford Borough Council, 71/73 Market Street, Watford, or Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, or may be viewed on line at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting Watford and looking at Ref: W00118.

SCHEDULE: 20 mph speed limit zone - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Entire lengths of Greenwood Drive, Briar Road, MeadowRoad, Hillingdon Road, Kingswood Road, Moss Road, Perivale Gardens, Fern Way Appletree Walk, Sycamore Close, Aspen Park Drive, Alder Walk, Cedar Wood Drive, Ash Close, Cypress Walk, Hazel Grove, ElderberryWay, Bramble Close and Ellwood Gardens. Also North Approach between its junctions with Greenwood Drive and Sheepcot Lane.
