Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the U70201 Summer House Pitch, Drybrook Temporary Closure Order 2017
to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles outside Horn Hill Cottage OS Grid Ref: 362724 / 218762. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the U70200 High Church Road onto Hawthorns road onto Drybrook Road onto Morse Road onto Crooked End Place onto Varnister Road onto U70416 Star Beach Hill and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation of a new water service connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 13th February 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
