Notice Under Regulation 7(2)(b): Pre-application consultation by Kier Property Developments Limited (the prospective applicant)

Proposed Development on land at Duntreath Avenue/Allerdyce Road, Drumchapel, Glasgow (also known as the Atlas Site)
For mixed-use development including: (1) up to 4,645 sq m of Class 1 (bulky goods and related items) with ancillary garden centre at ground floor level; (2) up to 4,645 sq m of Class 11 leisure uses at first floor level; and (3) up to 279 sq m of cafe/restaurant and/or drive through (Class 3/sui generis); and related parking and servicing arrangements, landscaping, lighting, and external works.
A Public Exhibition will be held within the entrance foyer at Sainsbury’s, Great Western Retail Park (10 Allerdyce Road, Drumchapel, Glasgow G15 6RX) on Friday 16 February 2018, and will be open from 11am to 8pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by using the comments form at the exhibition or by writing by post or e-mail to Ryden LLP at the above address by 4pm on Wednesday 1 March 2018.
This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
