NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented by KOOK EAST CHAN residing at Nineteen Dalmellington Drive, East Kilbride, G74 4XH as sole director of Blue Sea (Scotland) Limited on 23 January 2018 craving the Court inter alia to order BLUE SEA (SCOTLAND) LIMITED (Company Number SC326323) having its registered office at C/O Napier Gray Ltd, 54 Gordon Street, Glasgow, G1 3PU be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 26 January 2018 ordained any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
