Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATHS LU10 & LU12, LUGWARDINE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018 temporarily closing the said footpaths from OS Grid References SO 5474, 4116 to 5483, 4121 and SO 5462, 4117 to 5476, 4116. The closure is required while development work is carried out. There is no alternative route.

The Order came into operation on 1 February 2018 and continues in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
