Notice is hereby given that CV Trading Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council for a premises license at Yumchaa, 116 Putney High Street, London, SW15 1RG for the Sale of Alcohol between the hours of 12:00pm - 00:00am from Monday to Sunday. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 28th February 2018 stating the grounds for said representation to : Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU or by email: licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (Except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Council, Customer Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW182PU between the hours of 10:00am - 16:00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council website www.wandsworth.gov.uk. It is an offense, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
