Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at: Musselburgh Lagoons, Levenhall Links, Musselburgh EH21 7PY
For: Restoration of remaining ash lagoons (numbers 6 and 8) (in a form different to that previously approved)
A public exhibition will be held at: The Fisherrow Centre, Musselburgh EH21 6AT on Thursday 8 February 2018, between the hours of 4pm and 8pm

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by completing comment forms available at the exhibition or by email to lagoons@scottishpower.com
A formal planning application has not yet been submitted. Comments should not be submitted to East Lothian Council at this stage. Comments submitted at this stage are not formal representations submitted to the planning authority. A planning application to East Lothian Council will follow the public exhibition, at which point there will be a period for formal representations to East Lothian Council.
