Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at: Valleyfield Lagoons, Low Valleyfield, Fife
For: Final capping and engineering works (in a form different to that previously approved)
Public exhibitions will be held at: ScottishPower site office, Valleyfield Lagoons, Low Valleyfield, Dunfermline KY12 8TY on: Thursday 15 February 2018, between the hours of 3pm and 8pm; and Saturday 17 February 2018, between the hours of 10am and 3pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by completing comment forms available at the exhibition or by email to grantyoung@youngplanning.co.uk
A formal planning application has not yet been submitted. Comments should not be submitted to Fife Council at this stage. Comments
submitted at this stage are not formal representations submitted to the planning authority.
A planning application to Fife Council will follow the public exhibition,
at which point there will be a period for formal representations to Fife Council.
