Proposals to Increase the Number of Places for Pupils at Chellow Heights Special School, Delius Special School & Oastlers School
Proposals to Establish Designated Specialist Provision at Crossley Hall Primary School & Cottingley Village Primary School
Proposals to expand the existing Designated Specialist Provision at Crossflatts Primary School and Titus Salt School
Proposals to Establish Early Years Enhanced Specialist Provision at Abbey Green Nursery School
Proposals to Expand existing Early Years Enhanced Specialist Provision at St Edmunds Nursery School & Canterbury Nursery School
Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council intends to make prescribed alterations to the following schools
1. Chellow Heights Special School Thorn Lane Bradford BD9 6AL

Proposal to increase the number of places for pupils at the school from 200 to 248 places with effect from 16 April 2018.
2. Delius Special School Barkerend Road Bradford BD3 8QX

Proposal to increase the number of places for pupils at the school from 124 to 148 places with effect from 1 September 2018.
3. Oastlers School Flockton Road Bradford BD4 7RH

Proposal to increase the number of places for pupils at the school from 80 to 94 places with effect from 16 April 2018.
4. Crossley Hall Primary School Thornton Road Bradford BD8 0HJ

Proposal to establish designated specialist provision at the school with up to 12 places for primary aged boys and girls with communication and interaction needs including autistic spectrum conditions with effect from 1 September 2018.
5. Cottingley Village Primary School Cottingley Moor Road Bingley BD16 1SY

Proposal to establish designated specialist provision at the school with up to 10 places for primary aged boys and girls with social emotional and mental health needs with effect from 16 April 2018.
6. Abbey Green Nursery School Green Lane Bradford BD8 8HT

Proposal to formally establish early years enhanced specialist provision (EYESP) at the school with up to 20 part time (20 x 0.6) places for children aged 2 to 5 years with a range of special educational needs and disabilities with effect from 16 April 2018.
7. Crossflatts Primary School Morton Lane Bingley BD16 2EP

Proposal to increase designated specialist provision places at the school for primary aged boys and girls with communication and interaction needs including autistic spectrum conditions from 12 to 16 places with effect from 16 April 2018.
8. Titus Salt School Higher Coach Road Baildon Shipley BD17 5RH

Proposal to increase designated specialist provision places at the school for secondary aged boys and girls with learning difficulties from 16 to 30 places with effect from 16 April 2018.
9. St Edmunds Nursery School Washington Street Bradford BD8 9QW

Proposal to increase the number of early years enhanced specialist provision (EYESP) places at the school by an additional 7 part time (7 x 0.6) places for children aged 2 to 5 years with a range of special educational needs and disabilities with effect from 16 April 2018. There are currently 26 part time (26 x 0.6) EYESP places at the school for children aged 2 to 5 years.
10. Canterbury Nursery School Basil Street Bradford BD5 9HL

Proposal to increase the number of early years enhanced specialist provision (EYESP) places at the school by an additional 7 part time (7 x 0.6) places for children aged 2 to 5 years with a range of special educational needs and disabilities with effect from 16 April 2018. There are currently 21 part time (21 x 0.6) EYESP places at the school for children aged 2 to 5 years.
