ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PARTRIDGE DRIVE AREA AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 644 (BRADFORD SOUTH) CLAYTON HEIGHTS BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 787/788) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works proposed to be executed on or near Partridge Drive Area and Public Footpath No 644 (Bradford South), Clayton Heights intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed as follows:
Partridge Drive Area - in the length of Partridge Drive from a point outside No 3 Partridge Drive to a point outside No 15 Partridge Drive and from a point outside No 2 Pintail Avenue to a point outside No 14 Skylark Avenue. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order is available.
Public Footpath No 644 (Bradford South) - in the length of Public Footpath No 644 (Bradford South) from its junction with Redwing Drive to its junction with Pintail Avenue.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on or near to the said length of public footpath.
Alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the proposed Order will be available via Redwing Drive, Redpoll Way, Pintail Avenue and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into effect on 5th February 2018 and remain in force until 4th August 2018. DATED this 25th day of January 2018.
