Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of SYLVIA ELLEN JOYCE COX late of 1 Bank View Cottage, Hebden, Skipton, BD23 5DU who died on the 6th day of August 2017, and whose Will was proved in the Leeds District Probate Registry on the 8th day of November 2017, by Janet De Witt and Christopher Charles Jackson the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 4th day of May, 2018 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
