BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (CHURCH STREET, CROWTHORNE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along the Church Street between its junctions with Waterloo Road and High Street (Crowthorne). The alternative route for this closure is via High Street (Crowthorne), B3430 Dukes Ride, New Wokingham Road and Waterloo Road, or this route reversed. The purpose of this Order is to enable water utility works to be executed on the highway. The Order was made on 26th January 2018 and will come into operation on the 29th January 2018. Although its maximum duration will be 6 months, it is currently programmed that the works requiring the closure will take 4 weeks to complete.
