NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION NEW HOMES FOR PURBECK JANUARY 2018
Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 Purbeck District Council is reviewing the Purbeck Local Plan which it uses to determine planning applications. This is a requirement of an independent planning inspector.
As part of the Local Plan Review, the Council is currently seeking views on sites for new homes in the district. The Council is also seeking views on possible new planning policies relating to second homes and affordable homes. The consultation runs from 29 January 2018 to 12 March 2018. A questionnaire is being sent to every household and business in Purbeck and neighbouring Crossways.
