NOTICE OF PROPOSAL (Elmstead Road, Oak Road, Dixon Drive, Knutsford Road, Robin Lane, Woodfin Court) (Prohibition of Waiting, Restriction of Waiting and Revocation) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.

1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to;

i) introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths and sides of Road; Oak Road (Both Sides) - From its junction with Knutsford Road for a distance of 15 metres in a general northerly direction
Knutsford Road (North Side) - Between a point 9 metres west and a point 10 metres east of its junction with Oak Road
ii) revoke the existing 'No Waiting, Monday Only, 9am -5pm' restriction that applies to the following extents:-Oak Road (Both Sides) - In its entirety Robin Lane (Both Sides) - In its entirety Woodfin Court (Both Sides) - In its entirety Elmstead Road (Both Sides) - From a point 37.5 metres west of the projected kerbline of its junction with Dixon Drive to its junction with Oak Road
iii) revoke the existing 'No Waiting, Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm' restriction that applies to the following extents:-
Elmstead Road (Both Sides) - From a point 15 metres west of the projected kerbline of its junction with Dixon Drive for a distance of 22.5 metres in a westerly direction Dixon Drive (East Side) - From a point 10 metres south of its junction with Elmstead Road for a distance of 48.5 metres in a southerly direction
iv) A copy of the draft Order; map showing the restricted areas; a statement of reasons for making the Order and a copy of this public are available at; www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/highways_and_roads/highways-licences-and-permits/traffic-regulation-orders/traffic-regulation-orders.aspx  or may be examined during usual office hours at;

2. If you wish to object to the proposed Order, or to any provisions contained in it, or make any other representations, you may do so in writing, and if making an objection you must specify the grounds on which it is made, to Mr R Welch, Cheshire East Highways, 6th Floor, Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe CW1 2LL to be received by 22nd February 2018.

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act. 1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to; i) introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths of road:-Parkgate Lane (East Side) - From its junction with Haig Road for a distance of 7 metres in a northerly direction Haig Road (North Side) - From its junction with Parkgate Lane for a distance of 20 metres in a general north easterly direction Haig Road (North Side) - Between a point 12 metres south west and a point 14 metres north east of the centreline of its junction with the access road leading to Middlewich Food Trays Ltd Haig Road (North Side) - From a point 15 metres south west its junction with Montgomery Close to a point 10 metres north east of its said junction Haig Road (South Side) - Between a point 13.5 metres south west and a point 14 metres north east of the centreline of its junction with Marlborough Close Montgomery Close (West Side) - From its junction with Haig Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction Montgomery Close (West Side) - From a point 53.5 metres of its junction with Haig Road for a distance of 5 metres in a north westerly direction Montgomery Close (East Side) - From its junction with Haig Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction Montgomery Close (East Side) - From a point 53.5 metres of its junction with Haig Road for a distance of 36.5 metres in a north westerly direction
