Notice is hereby given that Wobbly Bob Pub Company Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Shakespeare Inn, 78 Highgaffi, Kendal LA9 4HE The variation proposed is as follows: Application is made: to amend the Licensing plan in accordance with drawing number S/SP&B/02 dated October 2017 which accompanies this application; to amend the opening hours of the premises to 0&00 daily for the provision of non-lkensable activities e.g. sale of tea, coffee and breakfast; to amend the closing times to 30 minutes after the end of Lkensable activities; to slightly amend the wording of the first condition of annex 2 as indicated on the copy annex 2 which accompanies this application.
