NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE.
Notice is hereby given that April Jackson has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at Wood S Water, trading as Three Utile Birds, at 42 Batlersea Rise SW111 EE for following licensable activities:

* Live Music Monday-Wednesday (18:00-23:00) Thursday- Saturday (18:00-0.00] and Sunday (12:00-22:00)
*Recorded Monday-Wednesday (17:00-22:00); Thursday-Saturday [17:00-1:00); and Sunday (12:00-22:00)
*Late Night Refreshment Monday-Saturday (23:00-00:00)
*Supply of Alcohol Monday - Saturday (12:00 - 00:30); and Sunday (12:00-0:00)

Any person who wishes to make a reprresentation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by February 16,2018 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU or by email: licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough of Wandsworth Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
