LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY LOADING BAY ROOKERY WAY NW9
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBYGIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the construction of development, they have made an Order which will introduce a Loading Bay operational 'At any time' on the south-east side of Rookery Way, NW9, from apoint 20.5 metres north-east of the north­ eastern kerbline of the A5, north-eastwards for a distance of 30 metres, by converting a length 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday waiting and loading restrictions. The Order will commence at 8.00am on Monday 29th January 2018 and is expected to last for 18 months.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
