WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (District of Wychavon - Droitwich) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on North Bank, Berry Hill Industrial Estate, Droitwich]
On 11 January 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Berry Hill Industrial Estate, Droitwich:-North Bank (northeast side) from a point 2.5 metres southeast of its junction with Long Bank for a distance of 7.5 metres in a south easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 1 February 2018.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at The Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich, WR9 8DQ and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
