WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U23422 Houndsfield Lane, Wythall)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of U23422 Houndsfield Lane, Wythall from its junction with C2041 Lea Green Lane to its junction with U23424 Tilehouse Lane in order to facilitate carriageway works by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2041 Hollywood Lane, U2342 Truemans Heath Lane, U23423 Haslucks Green Road, U23424 Tilehouse Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days: Commencing: 19 February 2018.
(U30007 Blaze Lane/Feckenham Road/Enfield Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of U30007 Blaze Lane/Feckenham Road/Enfield Road, Redditch from its junction with U30004 Clayfields to its junction with B4504 Windmill Drive in order to facilitate carriageway works by WCC. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U30004 Clayfields Lane, U30004 Brookhouse Lane, C2079 Callow Hill Lane, B4504 Windmill Drive and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 25 days: Commencing: 19 February 2018.
(Footpath FH-649, Feckenham)(Temporary Closure Order) 2018
Order made: to close part of Footpath FH-649, Feckenham from OSGR 402013 263533 to its junction with Footpaths FH-652 & FH-650, Feckenham. The Order has been made due to a dangerous bridge. There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route - The alternative route for those affected by this Order is along Footpaths FH-650, FH-635, FH-638, FH-634, Feckenham, Blaze Lane,
Footpaths FH-644, FH-645 and FH-649 (part) to OSGR 402013 263533 Feckenham and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months closure commenced on 14 December 2017.
(U33001 Millhill Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed order to close that part of U33001 Millhill Road, Redditch from its junction with C2123 Claybrook Drive for a distance of 1425 metres in a northerly direction in order to facilitate carriageway works by WCC. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2123 Claybrook Drive and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 4 week period). Commencing: 24th January 2018.
(Littleworth Lane, Feckenham)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of Littleworth Lane, Feckenham from its junction with Berrow Hill Lane for its entire length in order to install a boundary box by Severn Trent. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative road available. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day: Commencing: 25 January 2018.
(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting and Limited Waiting Except for Permit Holders on Grove Street, Redditch]
On 11 January 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch: Grove Street (north side) from a point 57.7 metres north east of its junction with Archer Road for a distance of14.5 metres in a north easterly direction. Limit waiting 20 minutes Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm except permit holders:- (north side) from a point 6 metres northeast ofits junction with Archer Road for a distance of 31 metres in a north easterly direction; from a point 41.2 metres northeast of its junction with Archer Road for a distance of 16.5 metres in a north easterly direction; from a point 14.5 metres north east of its junction with Other Road for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction; (south side) from a point 15.5 metres north east of its junction with Other Road for a distance of 9.5 metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 1 February 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch: Crossgate Road (north side) from the northern most junction with itself for a distance of61 metres in a south easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
