Proposed Order: to close that part of C2215 Avenue Road, Malvern from its junction with B4211 Church Street to its junction with U63113 Albert Road North in order to facilitate carriageway patching works by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4211 Church Street, U63113 Albert Road North and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 15 February 2018.

Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Spring Lane South, Malvern]
On 4 January 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and side of road in Malvern: Spring Lane South (both sides) from its junction with Sandy’s Road for a distance of 20 metres in a south westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 25 January 2018. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, Worcs., WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Proposed Order: to close that part of U61235 Court Street, Upton upon Severn from its junction with A4104 High Street to its junction with U61236 Court Row in order to facilitate gas main replacement works by Cadent Gas. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U61235 Court Street, U61232 Severn Drive, U61233 Dunns Lane, A4104 High Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months.
