ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14, AS AMENDED TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC -RUSSELL HILL PLACE, PURLEY
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electrical connection works by UK Power Networks they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Russell Hill Place, Purley.

2. During the works Russell Hill Place will be closed to vehicular traffic at the rear of No. 956 Brighton Road, between its junction with Russell Hill Road and a point 15 metres north-east of that junction.

3. During the prohibition referred to in paragraph 2 above, displaced traffic will be diverted via Russell Hill Road, Pampisford Road, and Brighton Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on the 26 January 2018 and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out within three days. However the Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months to enable it to be reintroduced should further works be required.

(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. Access for frontagers will be maintained as far as possible whilst the work proceeds).

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electrical installation works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Warham Road, South Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Warham Road at its junction with the roundabout with Bramley Hill.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via local streets as signposted.

4. The Order will come into operation on 13 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the duration of the works will be carried out in 4 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
