BK SETTLE ST TEMPORARY CLOSURE THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (BACK SETTLE STREET) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.13) ORDER 2018
The Borough Council of Bolton Intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 19 February 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Back Settle Street, between Leonard St and Monton St. The order is necessary due to construction work which will last for approximately 6 months and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
