Notice is hereby given that, on 17 January 2018, a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Argyle Taverns Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC391229) and having its registered office at 11 Somerset Place, Glasgow, G3 7JT ("the Company"), craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that Scott Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, be appointed Interim and Provisional Liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 22 January 2018 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days of intimation,service or advertisement and appointed the said Scott Milne as provisional liquidator of the Company and authorises him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
