NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in a Petition presented at the instance of Richard Sutherland, 8 Campbell Avenue, Bishopton, PA7 5DA for an Order that Jobs In Football.Com Limited (Company No. SC375332), incorporated under the Companies Acts and having their Registered Office at 8 Campbell Avenue aforesaid, have their name restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1031 of the Companies Act 2006, the Sheriff at Paisley, by Deliverance dated 3 January 2018, appointed the import of said Petition to be advertised and ordained all parties interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, St. James Street, Paisley within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement.
