ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effects of the Order are:-
1.To introduce the disabled parking spaces as stated in Schedule 1.

Copies of this notice, the draft Order and Plans may be inspected free of charge at the Bracknell Forest Council offices, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD between 8.30 a.m. and 5.00p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
Objections:
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made, should be sent in writing to Vincent Paliczka, Director of Environment, Culture and Communities, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Environment, Culture and Communities Department, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD to be received by them no later 16th day of February 2018.
