Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, intends to make the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATHS LU10 & LU12, LUGWARDINE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018 which will temporarily close the said footpaths from OS Grid References SO 5474, 4116 to 5478, 4116 and SO 5472, 4116 to 5483, 4121. The closure is required while development work is carried out. There is no alternative route.

The Order is intended to come into operation on 1 February 2018 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
